Guardian charged after girl, 7, found dead

TORONTO -- A seven-year-old girl was found dead early yesterday morning and her 29-year-old guardian (Donna Irving) was charged with second-degree murder after police responded to a 911 call from the dingy west-end apartment building where they lived.
