"Joseph died from severe head injuries in 2009. Scott Endicott, Joseph's mother's boyfriend, was convicted last year in Clinton County of the toddler's murder and was sentenced to 60 years in prison. Valerie Schoolfield, Joseph's mother, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and obstructing justice and received a 10-year prison sentence."

A woman was arrested today on suspicion of murder following the discovery of a baby in a garden, police said. The body of baby Aliyah was found wrapped in a shawl in a garden in Tinline Street, Bury, Greater Manchester, on September 6.
